However, we’re also here to help you get you back on track with ZERO judgment or lectures and meet you where you are.

Laiton

Dr. Laiton Wiedemann

General Dentist

Being in this career more than a decade, I’ve come to realize that a LOT of people are fed up with (and even avoid) dentistry altogether. They’re tired of fixing the same teeth over and over, only for more teeth to break down and cause them pain. They’ve lost all trust in dentists, and feel like they will never have the smile they dreamt of, or the pain-free life they used to hope for. Even worse, many of these patients have silently withdrawn from life due to embarrassment. I’ve seen it all, and I’ve made it my mission to help such people.

The great news is, there’s almost always a solution to those problems of the past.

Dentistry has come a long way, and it gives us a healthy, long-term fix for nearly any situation. You don’t have to keep living in fear of the next tooth breaking, or that denture slipping out of your mouth in public. My promise to you is that we will work together, map out a plan that makes sense to address your concerns and get you back on track. And it will always be done without judgment or lectures.

It might take some patience, some grit, and a bit of creative thinking but we’ll get there together. If it matters to you, we will make it happen.

General Dentist Dr. Elisha Chapman, DDS

Dr. Elisha Chapman

General Dentist

I was born and raised in Calgary. I obtained my Bachelor of Science with honours from the University of Calgary before attending the University of Alberta, where I completed my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Since graduating in 2015, I moved back home to Calgary and have been practicing here ever since.

I genuinely enjoy general dentistry, and taking the time to meet and connect with my patients is one of my favourite parts of what I do. Clinically, I’ve developed a strong interest in early intervention orthodontics for children, as well as general orthodontic care for adults.

I approach every appointment with the goal of providing a gentle and individualized dental experience. I believe that taking that extra time and personal approach empowers my patients to become more involved in their care and take control of their oral health.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me taking on DIY projects around the home, gardening, creating art, or spending time with my friends and family.

Dr. Jayde Wiedemann

General Dentist

I grew up in Medicine Hat, Alberta. At the time, it was a city of 55,000 but felt very much like a small town. After two years of study at Medicine Hat College, I moved to Edmonton to begin my dental education at the University of Alberta. Upon graduation in 2011, I decided to further my dental training by entering a general practice residency offered by the University of British Columbia. This program, based in Vancouver General Hospital, provided me with the opportunity to further my dental skills and knowledge and gain valuable insight in the ways in which medicine and dentistry work together.

What initially attracted me to dentistry was a love of science combined with the significantly challenging technical component of dentistry. What I did not expect from a dental career was how much social interaction it would involve. This has become my favourite part of my job. I love chatting with and getting to know new people every day.

When I am not working, it is a safe bet I will be spending time with my wife and our two young children.

General Dentist

I was born and raised in Medicine Hat, Alberta. I earned my B.Sc. in Physiology and Development from the University of Alberta before moving to Cleveland, Ohio, where I received my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Case Western Reserve University in 2013. I practiced in the Cleveland area for two years before returning to Calgary in 2015 to be closer to my family.
I’m a graduate of the Kois Center in Seattle, where I studied under Dr. John Kois. The Kois curriculum is one of the most demanding continuing education programs in dentistry, and completing it changed the way I practice. Rather than simply treating problems as they appear, I focus on understanding why they developed in the first place. This allows me to develop comprehensive treatment plans designed to stand the test of time.

That training is reflected in the range of care I’m able to provide under one roof. I offer comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry, root canal therapy, dental implants, and Invisalign clear aligners. I also complete well over 100 hours of continuing education each year to stay current across all areas of my practice.
For my patients, this means complex treatment can be planned and completed by the dentist who already knows their history, rather than having them passed from office to office. I believe this continuity of care leads to a more comfortable, coordinated, and personalized experience. Outside of dentistry, my wife and I enjoy living a very active lifestyle. We love being close to the mountains and find any excuse to get outdoors, whether that’s hiking, mountain biking, camping, or skiing.

Dr. Rosalind Law

General Dentist

A Toronto native, Dr. Rosalind Law completed a Bachelor of Science degree at McMaster University before obtaining Master of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees at the University of Toronto. She spent a few years working in rural Alberta where she gained valuable experience in general dentistry from extractions to root canals, while learning the importance of community and connecting with people.

Dr. Law is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a warm and comfortable environment. She focuses on compassion, clear communication, honesty and listening with her patients to achieve their oral health goals. She’s drawn to all aspects of dentistry and strives to better serve her patients through continuing education and constantly learning to improve and broaden her skillset.

With a fondness for the outdoors, Dr. Law is an avid long distance runner and hiker. In her spare time, she does freelance photography, baking, enjoys petting sturdy dogs and taking long walks with her friends and family. She is fluent in French.

Outside of the practice, I enjoy all things basketball, exploring the mountains, and discovering Calgary’s culinary scene as a self-proclaimed foodie.

Dr. Alison Phillips

General Dentist

I was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, where I attended the University of Regina and obtained my Bachelor of Science degree with honours. I then moved to Saskatoon to attend the College of Dentistry at the University of Saskatchewan, where I earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.

I’m a compassionate and detail-oriented dentist who takes pride in delivering high-quality care with a gentle touch. I’m committed to helping patients of all ages feel comfortable and confident throughout their oral health journey. My approach is rooted in empathy, clear communication, and a genuine desire to improve my patients’ lives through their oral health.

Whether I’m guiding a patient through a routine check-up or supporting them through more complex treatment, I believe in taking the time to listen and create personalized treatment plans that reflect each person’s unique needs and goals.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy staying active through running, hiking, and spending time outdoors with my friends and family. Since relocating to Calgary in 2024, I’ve loved exploring my new home and the nearby mountains.

I look forward to meeting you and helping you feel at ease while achieving your healthiest smile.

Tarquin

Dr. Tarquin Stott

General Dentist

I’m proud to provide high-quality dental care as part of the Legacy Dental Care team. While I enjoy all aspects of dentistry, I have a particular interest in the surgical side of care, including wisdom teeth removals, dental implants, and providing sedation to ensure my patients’ comfort. My calm and thorough approach helps patients feel at ease, even during more complex procedures.

I was born and raised in Saskatoon. I earned my Bachelor of Science with Honours from the University of Saskatchewan before graduating from the U of S College of Dentistry. I’m committed to ongoing education and continually seek to stay at the forefront of modern techniques and advancements in dentistry.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and staying active through tennis, hiking, alpine and cross-country skiing, and cycling.

Dr. Graham Robinson

General Dentist

I never expected dentistry to be just about teeth. What drew me to the profession was the opportunity to combine science, problem-solving, hands-on work, and, most importantly, relationships with people.

I earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of British Columbia and developed a passion for comprehensive care. I enjoy tackling complex dental problems, working through treatment options with my patients, and helping people feel confident about their oral health.

My philosophy is simple: good dentistry should feel personal. I take the time to listen, explain, and make sure my patients understand their options before moving forward. I believe the best treatment plan is one that fits both my patient’s dental needs and their life.

Outside the office, I’m rarely sitting still. I enjoy basketball, snowboarding, cycling, travelling, and spending time outdoors. My adventurous side also keeps me curious and always looking for something new to learn.

Whether you’re coming in for a routine checkup or more complex treatment, my goal is the same: to make your experience comfortable, straightforward, and worth coming back for.

Carter

Dr. Carter McMurdo

General Dentist

I was born and raised in Brandon, Manitoba. Before beginning my university studies, I spent three years playing hockey, where a game-time dental injury sparked my interest in pursuing a career in dentistry.

Following my hockey years, I earned both my Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees from the University of Manitoba.

I’m passionate about providing patient-centred care and believe the best outcomes come from working collaboratively with each patient. I’m committed to building lasting relationships based on trust, open communication, and high-quality dentistry. Through continuing education and collaboration with colleagues, I stay current with the latest techniques and treatment options to ensure my patients receive exceptional care.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, biking, camping, and exploring nature whenever I can with my partner, Ally. I’m also an ultramarathon runner and can often be found training on mountain trails in preparation for my next race.

Dr. Kevin Jin

General Dentist

I grew up in Calgary, where I earned my Bachelor of Cell and Microbiology degree from the University of Calgary before completing the Doctor of Dental Medicine program at McGill University in Montreal. After practicing in Canmore, I’m now back in Calgary to serve the community I grew up in and provide my patients with a comfortable and approachable dental experience.

I know that dentistry can be stressful, especially for those who have had difficult experiences in the past or feel nervous about treatment. There’s plenty of unfamiliar terminology and treatment options to navigate, on top of up to 32 teeth to keep track of! Because of this, I prioritize taking the time to explain what’s happening in a straightforward way, no confusing dental jargon and no rushing through appointments. I want to make sure all of your questions are answered so you leave the office not only feeling cared for, but also with a better understanding of your oral health.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find me on the basketball court. After coaching Henry Wise Wood High School to a championship in 2026, I now volunteer with the YMCA basketball program.

I’m excited to meet you and am happy to provide dental care in both English and Mandarin.
